Some organizations prefer EU/EEA residency; others contractually require data to remain there. Record the precise rule before filtering products.
Check transfer safeguards
A provider may document a DPA, Standard Contractual Clauses, subprocessors and international transfers. These details should be assessed separately from server location.
Do not infer missing evidence
If EU-only storage is not clearly documented for the relevant plan and data type, record it as “Not verified” and ask the provider.
