Services, catalog and connected systems
Thea publishes optional design, digital-marketing, onboarding, analysis and advisory services alongside the platform. Its public careers material describes in-house Research & Development and Technical Support, while its public packages document designers, onboarding, advisory and Managed services. Managed adds ongoing analysis, strategic advice, expert time and prioritized support; these services are not included in Essentials or Ecommerce pricing.
The public platform material documents import and export, categories, campaigns, product bundles, customer and country price lists, product monitoring, filters, purchasing rules and an open API. Starweb documentation states no product-count limit and up to 750 variants per product.
Its marketplace documents Fortnox order and accounting flows. The provider’s own connection is listed at SEK 1,000/month; Fortnox- or integrator-side fees remain separate. Kustom, Qliro, Svea, Swish and Nets are documented payment integrations, but contracts and transaction fees are not included in the platform subscription.
BeX MPOS is a connected retail solution. It synchronizes inventory, customer data, gift cards and loyalty data with Thea Commerce; its price is not publicly verified and is not included in Thea’s ecommerce subscription. BeX ERP’s PIM, OMS and WMS remain separate integrated capabilities, so they can support a documented solution requirement but do not raise Thea’s native catalog-management score.
