UpCloud documents that Customer Data remains in the customer-selected data centre unless the customer explicitly requests a transfer. Its DPA identifies EU data centres operated directly by UpCloud Oy, but account information can be globally accessible to support and sales personnel and international-transfer safeguards apply where necessary. Strict EU/EEA-only processing is therefore Not verified.
